Good location

poor customer service, never took all towels away, kept putting the bed sheet on side ways, "free breakfast" is very much an oversell as you get a free item, only given 4 breakfast vouchers for 2 people for 4 days not even a free item each for us each day

Boutique hotel. Very quiet and very central. Supermarkets and eating places nearby. Close to the subway. Large clean spacious rooms. King size bed. Staff is very friendly. Excellent breakfast at Freshii.

Wifi was sometimes a bit slow when visiting certain websites. It was fine for email.

No pool and gym although free one day pass to a gym. Had I known ahead of time I would have packed my gym clothes

Hotel was a little worn

Very conveniently located 5 minutes away from Dundas subway station to the south and 5 minutes away from College subway station to the north. Very clean and staff was extremely accommodating our needs (e.g. late check out 1pm, kept our luggage until 5pm).

Freshii restaurant could benefit from wider food choice. Ranchero been burrito, egg tortilla pockets, hard boiled eggs, smoothie, yoghurt parfait, egg/cheese and bacon bits sandwich are ok if you like that kind of food.

The room was very clean, big comfy bed and beautiful updated bathroom.

Awesome staff - went way beyond our expectations to make sure we were comfortable and felt welcome.

The freshii staff (indoor restaurant) were incompetent, rude and unpleasant - the complete opposite of hotel staff.

Small and quiet, nice guest rooms.

I know parking in Toronto is hard, but having parking available for less than $20/day is certainly possible.

The hotel was located within walking distance to the stores and restaurants. They were very accommodating with us since we brought our 2 teenagers with us. They were able to upgrade our room to a suite which was nice with the extra room.

The breakfast vouchers and easy access to parking. The welcome bag was a nice touch. -Washroom had awesome water pressure, -Fairly large sitting area

A little bit noisy, but not a deterrent to stay.

Lovely room decor, good central location, upgraded room (very clean!), comfortable bed. Very quiet in room, no outside noise. Room has many amenities like microwave, fridge, safe, ironing board, etc. Large glass shower and rain showerhead are so nice!

Sliding door on bathroom is stylish but doesn't give total privacy, slams if you're not careful. View is not the best: small parking area, cluttered back yards of old houses next door, only partial view of nearby high rises. Front views may be better.

Was very clean and modern. Beautiful non-carpeted floors yet very quiet in a good location. Breakfast was good and staff were very helpful.

Free breakfasts and friendly helpful staff.

No heat, broken toilet lid on water tank, phone did not work, upgraded to another room, with same no heat problem and bugs in the shower. Hallway water leak in the ceiling and ceiling tiles fell on the floor. A very slow elevator. Hotel is old.

The hotel itself was very good. The location was excellent and easily accessible by taxi/Uber from the St. Lawrence market area of Toronto. The bed was dreamy. Updated style. Amenities were basic but covered what most might need.

The location did not have many amenities close by. The hotel has an affiliation with Freshii for breakfast and there is a Starbucks within a block. The location cannot be changed easily though.

The rooms were big, we even had a balcony. It's walking distance to the Eaton Centre/Dundas Square.

The staff was excellent professional and helpful. The room layout and cleanliness was great
